Q: How do I place an order?

A:To streamline the process and promptly receive our assistance, kindly follow these steps:

1. Select your desired item, specify the size, input the name, number, and any other customizations required; then click "Add to Cart."

2. Review the items in your shopping cart. Enter any applicable coupons or discount codes. If necessary, contact us here.

3. When ready, click "Proceed to Checkout." Choose between checking out as a guest or registered customer (registered customers can log in on the right side of the page).

4. Click "Continue" to proceed to the payment page where you will provide product destination details, select payment method and enter billing address information; review your order details.

5. You may edit your address and payment information if needed before selecting "Process Order" to complete checkout. Retain order information securely for future reference regarding order status.

A:We exclusively utilize DHL/USPS as our primary carrier. Our production time remains consistent, while shipping costs vary based on the destination of the order.

Hover over the category name to reveal a list of sub-categories. Select the relevant sub-category to access the product page and make your purchase selection.

Upon receiving a tracking number from our shipping partner, we will also provide this information along with a tracking link for monitoring parcel status.
